Greenwich Monkey Polo Pajamas

I bought the Boston city-themed pajamas for my daughter. The material was of a slightly different texture, but I didn’t think anything of it. After the first washing in cold water and tumbling dry on low, they shrank pretty substantially. You can see in the photos of the red Boston ones compared to the purple monkeys (both size L) which have been washed many times. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the Boston version was not made with pima cotton. As, they were a gift and hard to find, I purchased them well in advance. I contacted customer service and was informed that nothing can be done past 30 days of the purchase date. I replied and got a second response that was frankly rude and implied that I was supposed to notice that these PJs were made in USA and not Peru and therefore they might be different in quality. Absurd! I really expected more from Roller Rabbit as they are a premium brand. I plan on purchasing Katie Kime pjs. (In fairness this was my experience with the Boston specific model and not the Greenwich, but still be warned.)
