Expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) or on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love all your Roller Rabbit items, but if not, no worries. We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Domestic returns are complimentary.

Holiday 2022 Return Policy

  • Items purchased between November 1 and December 24, 2022 are eligible for return until January 15, 2023. Excludes items marked "Final Sale".

How to Return or Exchange

  • Please start your return or exchange process by visiting returns.rollerrabbit.com
  • Return items from multiple orders in a single return by going to returns.rollerrabbit.com and clicking the highlighted link "find order using email" and entering the email associated with your orders. Once your email has been confirmed you can choose items from your order history to consolidate them into a single return process. Items from multiple orders put into a single box without consolidation under a single return/label will not be automatically refunded even if separate returns for these orders has been initiated. 
  • Gift returns can be started here: https://returns.rollerrabbit.com/gifts. If you do not have all the required information please reach out to service@rollerrabbit.com with as much information as possible about the initial purchase as you have and our team will work to find the needed information. Gift's purchased in our stores may only be returned to our store locations.

  • We happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping.

  1. Visit returns.rollerrabbit.com and start your returns process. Follow the prompts and a return label will be emailed to you!
  2. Package your return item(s) in the box, along with your order invoice. Affix your label to the exterior of your box. Ship back via USPS.
  3. Please allow 14 business days for processing once your return is received. 

Returns and Exchanges In Store

  1. Visit any Roller Rabbit store within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Bring your order invoice and a sales representative will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Please note, we can only offer exchanges if the item is in stock at our stores, or if you find another item of equal value!
