RETURN POLICY

We hope you'll be completely happy with your purchase, but we'll gladly accept returns on all items (except those marked "Final Sale") within 14 DAYS from the time of delivery. For questions about your return, please call 877.695.7655 or email returns@rollerrabbit.com. We are available Monday - Friday from 10 am - 5 pm (EST).

  • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE .
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.
Holiday Return Policy 

During the holiday season, merchandise purchased between November 24, 2017 - December 24, 2017 will gladly be accepted for an exchange, store credit or refund according to the original method of tender, until January 14, 2018. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag still attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or a gift receipt. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE!

TO RETURN

1. Please email your return request to returns@rollerrabbit.com - include your name, order number (pick ticket), the name or sku of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.
2. We will respond to your email with a pre-paid FedEx return label. Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.
3. Drop your package off at a FedEx Store or FedEx Dropbox. To find your closest FedEx drop-off location visit www.fedex.com

TO EXCHANGE

1. Please email your exchange request to returns@rollerrabbit.com - include your name, order number (pick ticket), the name or sku of the item(s) you'll return, and the name and size of the item(s) you would like to receive.
2. We will respond to your email with a pre-paid return label. Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES


While we try to create a seamless shopping experience, sometimes we cannot offer the same processes as larger retailers. At this time, items purchased on our website are accepted for return or exchange at any of our retail locations. However, items purchased at any of our physical retail locations will not be accepted for return or exchange via the website and/or warehouse. Also, please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange request.

If you purchased your item at a store please contact the store directly. Please note, you cannot use exchange credit from a web order at a store. A directory of Roberta Roller Rabbit stores is available here .

REGARDING TRUNK SHOW PURCHASES

Items purchased at Trunk Shows are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. For questions regarding your Trunk Show purchase, please contact our team at trunkshow@rollerrabbit.com
