- Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
- International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

I love the long sleeves pajamas, I think they are so comfy! I love the simple, feminine hearts. I have an embroidered pair from the NYC pop-up shop! Unfortunately my pair did shrink after they went through the wash, so maybe consider sizing up.

I ordered two sets of heart pjs. One came with unfinished hems. The sizing was also much larger than the exact same set I own in a different color. I emailed customer service over 48 hours ago to request a replacement and still haven’t received a reply. I also called the customer service number and no one answered the phone. What is going on, Roller Rabbit? Poor quality & poor customer service. Please respond to this post and make it right.
RRRoller Rabbit10 months agoHistorically, our pajamas were always finished with overlocked hems as that was the favored and time-honored technique mastered by our small family-owned factories. Over time, we have found that our customers prefer the fully sewn hem. Our factories have adopted this new approach, however, occasionally we do see the overlocked hem - gradual construction migrations and imperfections take time as we continue to work with the same partners.

They are really soft a good quality but I noticed my sleeve look different from others and I really upset about it. I’ve seen other people have the same problem. I wonder why kinda sucks because they are a luxury payment for pjs and I feel like when I was the the sleeve with unravel from the stitching.
