Returns

Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

Do NOT Tumble Dry Low
I loved these pajamas until I followed the care instructions printed on both the bottoms and the top that reads "Tumble Dry Low". I normally avoid the dryer if it's not recommended. I never dry my Eberjey pajamas and why I didn't apply the same logic here is so frustrating. The shorts have shrunk to an uncomfortable size along with the arms of the top. I blamed myself until i discovered that the website care instructions differ than those printed on the actual product. The website clearly states "Line dry recommended". Why both care instructions aren't consistent I cannot explain.

Love the long sleeves
Love the long sleeves, great for lounging. I have had these pjs for 4-5 months, they wash well, no shrinkage. I sized up for a roomier fit in these, the shorts have a lower rise than the tradition short sleeve jammies. The sleeves hit approx 5" above my wrist so if you have longer arms I do recommend sizing up. Hoping for a cute holiday edition this winter!
