Returns

  • Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
  • For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
  • Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

      So spacious!

      I love the monkey toiletry case. It is lined with a plastic feel on the outside and inside which makes it easy to clean. It is very spacious and fits my toiletries as well as full size brushes.
