- Holiday 2024 Return Policy: Items purchased between October 15th, 2023 and December 25th, 2023 are available for return through January 15, 2024.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

The ends of my pajamas do not look right. I’ve seen roller rabbit pajamas and none of them look like this. I don’t know if it’s just mine that came like this but here’s a picture of my sleeve. If you can see it’s cut off and looks different than what it usually looks like

The pajamas are very cute and comfortable. I washed the pajamas in cold water and put in the dryer on a low setting and they shrunk in length at least 3 inches in length. I even went up a size because I like my pjs loose. They should say line dry for the drying instructions. Not happy!
