Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love all your Roller Rabbit items, but if not, no worries. We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Please start your return or exchange process by visiting returns.rollerrabbit.com
  • Gift returns can be started here: https://returns.rollerrabbit.com/#/gift.  If you do not have all the required information please reach out to service@rollerrabbit.com with as much information as possible about the initial purchase as you have and our team will work to find the needed information. Gift's purchased in our stores may only be returned to our store locations.  

Domestic Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges that have been requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • We happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping.
  • We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • We do not offer returns on subscription products.

Returns and Exchanges By Mail

  1. Visit returns.rollerrabbit.com and start your returns process. Follow the prompts and a return label will be emailed to you!
  2. Package your return item(s) in the box, along with your order invoice. Affix your label to the exterior of your box. Ship back via the carrier listed on your label.
  3. Please allow 14 business days for processing once your return is received. 

Returns and Exchanges In Store

  1. Visit any Roller Rabbit store within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Bring your order invoice and a sales representative will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Please note, we can only offer exchanges if the item is in stock at our stores, or if you find another item of equal value!

International Returns Policy

  • We accept returns that have been requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.

Returns By Mail 

  1. Visit returns.rollerrabbit.com and start your returns process. Follow the prompts and you'll receive your return invoice, RA number and return shipping address. 
  2. Package your return item(s) in the box, along with your order invoice. Affix your label to the exterior of your box. You may ship with your carrier of choice.
  3. Please allow 14 business days for processing once your return is received.
