We hope you love all your Roller Rabbit items, but if not, no worries. We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Domestic Orders: We accept returns and exchanges that have been requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • International Orders: We accept returns, not exchanges, that have been requested within 15 days of delivery. 
  • We happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping.
  • Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • We do not offer returns on subscription products.

Returns and Exchanges By Mail

  1. Visit returns.rollerrabbit.com and start your returns process. Follow the prompts and a return label will be emailed to you!
  2. Package your return item(s) in the box, along with your order invoice. Affix your label to the exterior of your box. Ship back via the carrier listed on your label.
  3. Please allow 14 business days for processing once your return is received. 

Returns and Exchanges In Store

  1. Visit any Roller Rabbit store within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Bring your order invoice and a sales representative will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Please note, we can only offer exchanges if the item is in stock at our stores, or if you find another item of equal value!
