We hope you love all your Roller Rabbit items, but if not, no worries. Returns are free! We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

Roller Rabbit Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • We accept returns that have been requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • We happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping.

Returns and Exchanges By Mail

  1. Visit returns.rollerrabbit.com and start your returns process. Follow the prompts and a return label will be emailed to you!
  2. Package your return item(s) in the box, along with your order invoice. Affix your label to the exterior of your box. Ship back via USPS.
  3. Please allow 14 business days for processing once your return is received. 

Returns and Exchanges In Store

  1. Visit any Roller Rabbit store within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Bring your order invoice and a sales representative will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Please note, we can only offer exchanges if the item is in stock at our stores, or if you find another item of equal value!
