- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
- International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

While I anticipated the plastic liner inside, I did not anticipate the equally thick plastic liner on the outside making the canvas look cheap. The pictures do not show just how much plastic is on this bag. It’s awful.
