- Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

When I ordered the PJs the website listed the price as $158.00 but when the product arrived the tag on the PJs had a price of $148.00. Also, I did not get the 15% discount on first order like I had applied for.
