Returns

Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

Love PAOLAS!!!
Love these pj’s! The print is lovely, they’re beautifully made and the fabric is fantastic cotton. But my favorite part is the Paola pjs are hard to come by in different prints and these are really pretty. I love the fact that you don’t get cold on the top and you don’t get twisted in legs! Please make more!!!
