- Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
- International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

The stocking is fantastic but bummed that the Christmas PJs and stocking that dropped 11/19 sold out in 5 minutes. My daughter wanted me to get them for her. RR is one of our things. we go there whenever we’re in a town that has one.
Not sure how this can sell out in about five minutes. . Good for y’all. Bad for my 13 year old girl.
Lesson learned not to promise.
