- Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
- Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

I’ve always been willing to pay Roller Rabbit’s price point because it’s a high-end brand with a loyal following—many items sell out quickly! This pajama set was the perfect Christmas gift for my 12-year-old daughter, who absolutely loves the ‘preppy monkey’ design. However, I’ve since hesitated to make additional purchases due to the excessive shipping costs. Charging $15 for shipping, especially on orders over $100 (and often $200+ with RR), feels outdated and off-putting. For reference, I’ve abandoned nearly $500 worth of orders because of this policy.
In today’s retail landscape, where premium brands focus not just on the product but also the customer experience, free shipping for higher-priced orders is almost standard. It’s frustrating to see a company risk losing loyal customers that are willing to spend $$$ on their products, over something that feels like an unnecessary barrier. Why create a negative experience for the sake of saving on shipping costs? I love the brand, but this policy makes me think twice about future purchases.
From a business standpoint, they could bundle the shipping cost into the retail price, and we wouldn’t know the difference. Haha
