I found these ran pretty small. I am a S (can also wear XS comfortably) in everything RR and found these to be tight both in the waistband and in the shorts. I had to take a M and honestly could have done a L for comfort tbh? Which never happens. I also found they ran very short (you can see inseam in my video) they looked a lot longer on the model to me, so this surprised me. IMO she must be wearing a size up. 5'4 125 lbs
