- Holiday Return Window: Customers who purchase items between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 will have until January 15, 2026 to return or exchange their items.
 - For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
 - Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
 - We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
 - We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
 - Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
