Returns

Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

POOR QUALITY
I’m sorry, but the quality of this pair compared to the last pair we purchased is not the same. Also, it looked very juvenile. Material felt different. We have purchased our last thing from roller rabbit. Too hard to get anything that’s popular. Sells out in 1 minute even if it’s in your cart and your trying to pay. So frustrating. Tired of breaking my daughters heart over and over again. On the other hand, if your an influencer, you can get anything you want. Love Shack Fancy pj’s. Yep. You get a pair and you get a pair, meanwhile the paying customers can’t get squat. So. We are done.
