Return & Exchange Policy Amid COVID-19 

On behalf of everyone at Roller Rabbit, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. We will be changing our return policy due to the circumstances. As of March 18th, products purchased in-store will be accepted for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of stores reopening. To view store closures please visit our Store Locator. Our return policy for online orders will be extended and orders will be eligible for a full refund within 60 DAYS from purchase instead of the standard 30 days. As always if you have any additional inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at service@rollerrabbit.com


We hope you'll be completely happy with your purchase, but we'll gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items (except those marked "Final Sale") within 30 DAYS from the purchase date. We will no longer offer mail-in exchanges for online purchases. You may return your items in accordance with our return policy and make a replacement order or exchange in-store.   • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE .
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.

1. Please email your return request to returns@rollerrabbit.com - include your name, order number (pick ticket), the name or sku of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.
2. We will respond to your email with a pre-paid UPS return label. Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.
3. Drop your package off at a UPS Store or UPS Dropbox. To find your closest UPS drop-off location visit www.ups.com

While we try to create a seamless shopping experience, sometimes we cannot offer the same processes as larger retailers. At this time, items purchased on our website cannot be returned for an in-store refund. However, a store associate will be happy to facilitate your return back to our warehouse. If your return is received by a Roller Rabbit store within 30 days of purchase, we will happily process a return for the item(s), once received by our warehouse. Items purchased at any of our physical retail locations will not be accepted for return or exchange via the website and/or warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange request.
