Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day (including expedited orders).

Please note the following:

  • To start a return, head to returns.rollerrabbit.com.
  • All prices are in USD.
  • We ship to US, UK, Canada and Australia.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, UK, Canada and Australia cannot be expedited.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges that have been requested within 15 days of delivery, both online and in-store, with the tags attached.
  • We accept exchanges on domestic orders only. 
  • We do not accept returns on items that are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping.
  • We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • We do not offer returns on subscription products.
