Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day (including expedited orders).

Please note the following:

  • To start a return, head to returns.rollerrabbit.com.
  • We ship domestically and internationally. 
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • International Orders: Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated and charged upon checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges that have been requested within 15 days of delivery, both online and in-store, with the tags attached.
  • We accept exchanges on domestic orders only. 
  • We do not accept returns on items that are marked FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
  • Domestic Returns: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • International Returns: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
  • We do not offer returns on subscription products.
