The Roller Rabbit Sorority Collection Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Roller Rabbit ("Sponsor"), 603 Greenwich St, New York, New York 10014.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least seventeen (17) years of age at the time of entry and are active members or pledges of an officially recognized collegiate chapter of Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Phi, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delta), Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, or Sigma Kappa at an accredited U.S. college or university. 

Minor Consent: Any entrant who is a legal minor in their jurisdiction of residence (typically under 18, or under 19 in AL/NE) must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian prior to entry. By participating, minor entrants represent that their parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are ineligible. Sponsor is an official licensee of Affinity Licensing for the featured sorority marks. 

Employees of Roller Rabbit and their immediate family members are not eligible. 

The Contest begins on August 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 29, 2026, at 11:00 PM ET ("Contest Period").

To enter, during the Contest Period: 

1. Follow @RollerRabbitOfficial on both Instagram and TikTok. 
2. Create an original video showcasing why your pledge class/chapter deserves to win. 
3. Post the video to BOTH Instagram Reels and TikTok. 
4. Tag @RollerRabbitOfficial and include the mandatory disclosure hashtags #RollerRabbitContest and #RollerRabbitSorority in the main post caption. 
5. Include your chapter name, pledge class year, and university in the caption.

FTC Disclosure Mandatory: Entrants must clearly and conspicuously include #RollerRabbitContest within the first three lines of the caption to comply with FTC Endorsement Guides. Entries omitting this hashtag will be disqualified.

Eligible entries will be judged by a panel of Sponsor representatives based on the following criteria: 

• Creativity (40%) 
• Enthusiasm and brand spirit (25%) 
• Originality (20%) 
• Overall execution and visual quality (15%) 

Purchasing or wearing Roller Rabbit product is not required and will not increase an entry's score. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the highest score in "Creativity" will be selected as the winner. 

Grand Prize (2 Winning Chapters): Each winning chapter will receive up to sixty (60) pairs of Roller Rabbit Sorority Pajamas (ARV: up to $8,280 per winning chapter, based on $138 ARV/pair) and a package of Roller Rabbit branded gift items (ARV: $500 per chapter). Total Maximum ARV of all prizes: $17,560 USD. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. 

Potential winning entrants will be notified via Instagram or TikTok Direct Message within approximately two (2) days following judging. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to require potential winners (and, if minors, their parent/legal guardian) to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release prior to prize fulfillment.

Entries must be original, created solely by the entrant/chapter, and must not violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party. Entries must not contain defamatory, obscene, illegal, dangerous, or offensive content, and must comply with Instagram and TikTok Community Guidelines.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and share submitted videos and captions across Sponsor's marketing channels (including social media, websites, email, paid digital advertising, and print promotional materials) without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law. Entrants waive all "moral rights" in their submissions.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrants' and participating members' names, likenesses, voices, social media handles, chapter names, universities, and biographical information for promotional and advertising purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or review.

• Social Media Disclaimer: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. Entrants completely release Instagram, Meta, and TikTok from any liability related to this Contest. 
• College & Sorority Disclaimer: This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any college, university, national sorority organization, or local chapter administration. Entrants are individually responsible for ensuring participation complies with their university and chapter policies. 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By participating, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians, if minors) agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, Instagram, TikTok, and Affinity Licensing from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of any prize. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of this Contest shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
