    Love the pattern, sizing is very off from other set

    I love the Chicago print and all of the icons on it. However, I am disappointed that the sizing is noticeably smaller in length, sleeve, and chest, than the same size in the original print, despite only washing both in cold water and air drying.

    Attended the SMU pop up event and arrived two hours early. While waiting in line asked a team member if I could use my reward points and she said yes. Then picked out what I would buy based on that information. Went to check out and they said I could not use points even though I had already redeemed them. I told them who had said I could and they said that person was wrong and refused to budge. I am a loyal RR customer and was very offended by this. Also, after the fact the merchandise is on the website and could have used the points anyway. I believe I should be credited the 25 % on my order.
